Tasting Note

  • Color : Pale yellow-gold with a hint of green
  • Nose : Intense and complex. Mineral and light flint notes which are very pleasant and mixed with very ripe fruit aromas (plum, peach, banana). The finish reveals subtle vegetal notes for a fresh and delicate wine.
  • Palate : At first, this wine is supple and round with ripe aromas. Then it shows plenty of expression to end with a well balanced finish. This wine is full-bodied, with a persistent aromatic richness : it confirms that it’s fully developed, as it could be smelt before tasting.

Wine and Food

It’s easy to match this Sancerre Blanc with white meat and goat cheese like « Crottin de Chavignol ». This wine will go perfectly with fresh fish, shellfish and crustaceans served with a touch of lemon.

You should try it with Sushis, for an exotic note.
